Stroke Rehabilitation Nurse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Associate to join our team at Beech Ward, Norfolk Community Hospital. As a Stroke Rehabilitation Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to patients with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective care to patients in a range of care settings under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Support the Registered Nurse in ongoing assessment, treatment, and care planning for patients.
- Contribute to integrated care and promote health and prevent ill health in patients and service users.
- NMC registration.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English language.
- Courteous, respectful, and helpful at all times.
