Customer Experience Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's dealership team in the aftersales department.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A proactive approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing relationships with customers, providing exceptional care throughout the service process.
  • Identifying opportunities to sell technician labour and products, while meeting sales targets.
  • Coordinating vehicle bookings, alternative transport arrangements, and liaising with drivers.

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum.
