Job Opportunity: Floor Manager/ Host

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Floor Manager/ Host to join our team at Morgan Spencer, a dynamic investment company based in the City of London.

About the Role:
  • Manage the main floor area in Reception, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular floor checks to identify and troubleshoot any problems.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff members, handling requests and inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Reception, Events, Facilities, or Office Manager role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
