As a Floor Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for building strong relationships with our guests and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of waiting staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
