JSS Search is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to finding top talent for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Specialist to join our team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a competitive reward strategy with the Head of Reward, aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
- Develop and evaluate reward schemes for base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
- Oversee annual salary review and bonus processes.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual salary reviews, bonuses, and access to our executive compensation package.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in executive compensation or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
