We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at CE Back Office, a leading consultancy specializing in HR and payroll transformations. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your analytical skills and expertise in reward strategies to drive business growth.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing employee compensation data, administering share schemes, and supporting global mobility initiatives. You will work closely with the Global Mobility team to ensure seamless execution of share administration for mobile employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilize your analytical skills to produce insightful data sets that inform reward strategies and support the administration of reward processes.
  • Share administration: Collaborate with 3rd party partners to administer employee share schemes, providing tax advice and sharing information with payroll providers.
  • Global mobility: Support the Global Mobility team in executing share administration for mobile employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • HR metrics and insights: Gather and analyze data on HR metrics, including turnover, recruitment, and retention, to provide actionable insights that inform reward strategies.
  • Data maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance of reward-related data in HR systems, adhering to data governance standards.
  • Employee support: Provide clear and timely information to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and incentives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a compensation, HR, or analyst role, with exposure to reward or benefits analysis being advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with colleagues across different functions.

**Salary Estimate:** Based on industry standards and the location of Cheshire, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
