Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing payrolls in accordance with overtime and company absence policies for over 7,000 UK employees.
You will work closely with our Payroll Manager to deliver full end-to-end payroll processing, including processing starters and leavers with ADP IHCM payroll system.
Your duties will also include inputting all variable data, auditing changes to the payroll/HR system, monitoring and administering employee benefits, and ensuring all PAYE liabilities are met in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
With a strong working knowledge of statutory deductions and previous experience in payroll processing, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience and possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,500 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits such as enhanced leave, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.
