In this exciting role as a Front of House Manager, you will play a vital part in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests at Redworth Hall Hotel. You will lead a talented team of front of house staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor feels valued and respected during their stay. To achieve this, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in everything you do
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Salary:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
