Job Description: Event Management Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and motivated Event Management Coordinator to join our team at BLW Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of catering operations for a variety of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the planning and organization of events, including menu selection, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • To coordinate with catering staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • To maintain accurate records of event details, including menus, attendance, and feedback.
  • To identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to event offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £26,708 per annum.
