Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce housing legislation and policies to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement initiatives that enhance community cohesion and resident satisfaction.
