About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Services Coordinator to join our team at Redworth Hall Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hotel services, including managing staff, planning work assignments, and establishing performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hotel services to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan, and assign work to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to resolve challenges proactively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
