Specialised Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
This role plays a vital part in supporting our operations at BAE Systems, where we develop and deliver advanced defence, security, and aerospace solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our department.
- Process and analyse data from multiple sources to produce informative reports and schedules.
- Detect anomalies in products or services through careful examination of data and information flows across departments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, taking ownership of specific accounts and contacts when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical documentation for swift access to critical information.
Requirements:
- A background in document management would be highly regarded.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is essential.
- Previous experience with team centre is desirable.
