Job Title: Technical Coordinator Associate

The BAE Systems team is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties within a department to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, annual leave incentive, and share ownership plan. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements and an employee assistance program.

About the Role:
You will obtain, format, and analyse data from various sources to produce reports, schedules, summaries, and letters for internal circulation or for customers and suppliers. You will identify discrepancies with products or services through checking and analysing data and checking back through information flows, within and across departments. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers and take personal responsibility for specified accounts/contacts, exchanging information to clarify situations, resolve queries, and problems.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
You should have good experience in document and control management, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and team centre experience would be preferable. You will be able to manage and store technical documentation, ensuring filing systems are kept up-to-date for easy traceability and quick information retrieval.
