Job Title: Operations Project Coordinator

At ZipRecruiter, we're seeking a skilled Operations Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical and behavioral leadership in the Propulsion Test Section – Mechanical. This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve program requirements and objectives implementing performance measures.
  • Provide expertise and advice as a Subject Matter Expert at an Authorization Group.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of planning activities.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a key person in their department beyond their peer group for their technical knowledge competence.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of delivery, with the ability to achieve key milestones.
  • Detailed knowledge of safety controls and procedures in a high-risk operational environment.

About Us:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
