About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Internal Comms and Platform Data Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our projects, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Project Design and Delivery: Collaborate with project managers to design and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring Progress and Reporting: Track progress against project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and produce regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Project Management Tools: Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
