Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and stakeholders.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers and stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with the use of technical documentation tools, proficiency with both Microsoft Office and Sharepoint, and team centre experience would be preferable.
