About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhibition and Sponsorship Manager to join our team at Clarion Events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and prospective sponsors, nurturing long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective sponsors, understanding their business goals and proposing tailored sponsorship packages that align with their marketing strategies.
  • Account manage exhibition stand sales and zone responsibility on the DSEI floorplan, working closely with internal teams to develop innovative sponsorship packages that enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and market positioning for exhibiting customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sponsor objectives, preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategy adjustments.
Requirements
  • Proven sales success in sponsorship sales, business development, or account management within the defence, security, or a related B2B exhibition sector.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored sponsorship solutions.
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
