About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition and Sponsorship Manager to join our team at Clarion Events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and prospective sponsors, nurturing long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective sponsors, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives, and propose tailored sponsorship packages that align with their marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and event management, to deliver sponsor objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales success in sponsorship sales, business development, or account management within the defence, security, or a related B2B exhibition sector.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored sponsorship solutions.
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed to attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
