Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations across our sites, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaning staff and interact with the Account Management team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with employees and ensure they are working productively and safely.
- Present yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies and values.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support and guide the site cleaning teams to achieve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management teams.
- Work with customers to address specific requirements or concerns.
- Conduct regular site cleaning audits and take corrective action within 48 hours.
- Support in the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarization and cleaning procedures.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support and respond to cleaning requests as needed.
- Deliver safety and toolbox talks on a regular basis and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and assign specific duties and roles to cleaners, ensuring they are carried out to the correct standards.
- Support in rota organization and provide accurate timesheets to the accounts management team.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and place orders as required.
- Contribute to maintaining good relationships with customer representatives on site.
About This Role:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
- Hands-on and able to build credible relationships.
- Reasonable IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of audits and working with high standards.
- Ability to listen to and motivate employees.
- Proven record of being responsive and innovative.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
