About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations across our sites, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are working productively and safely.
  • Build effective relationships with employees and site teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site cleaning audits and implement corrective actions within a 48-hour period.
  • Support in the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning regime training.
  • Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and place orders as necessary.
  • Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site.
  • Complete regular audits to measure cleaning performance and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ability to build credible relationships and motivate employees.
  • Reasonable IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of audits and working with high standards.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
