Cleaning Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the housekeeping team to ensure a high-standard cleaning service is delivered across the site.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to achieve excellent service levels and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, placing orders as necessary.
- Conduct regular site cleaning audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes within a 48-hour timeframe.
- Support in the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning regime training.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining good relationships with customer representatives on site.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or equivalent.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team, with a self-motivated approach.
