Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role:
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Tenon FM, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning duties across various sites, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning service is provided in compliance with CQC and Health & Safety Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaning staff and interact with the Account Management team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with employees and ensure they work productively and safely.
- Present yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with Company policies and values.
- Work closely with site teams to achieve excellent service levels and support the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support, respond to cleaning requests, and conduct regular site cleaning audits.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and contribute to maintaining good relationships with customer representatives.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
- Hands-on approach with ability to build credible relationships.
- Reasonable IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of audits and working with high standards.
- Ability to listen to and motivate employees.
