Job Title: Sales Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Radius Payment Solutions. In this varied role, you will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department within our telematics division.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Responding to Sales Enquiries: Respond to sales enquiries by phone and email to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Processing Repeat Orders: Process repeat orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Liaising with the Dispatch Team: Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure that goods are processed in a timely manner and that all necessary communication is carried out.
  • Reviewing Processes: Continually review and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of prices, market, and delivery conditions to provide expert support to the Sales team.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide excellent service and support.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to effectively manage customer data and process transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Good understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert support to customers.
