Job Title: Sales Administrative Support

Radius Payment Solutions is a leading provider of global solutions within the fleet and logistics markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrative Support to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Process existing sales enquiries and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure timely processing of goods.
  • Continually review processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge of prices, market, and delivery conditions.
  • Become proficient in all hardware offered by Radius Telematics.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to operational performance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
  • Product knowledge across all hardware and camera solutions.
