The commercial finance team seeks a Sales Support Specialist to help support the future growth of the business.
What will you be doing as Sales Support Specialist?
This is a varied role which will comprise of providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department within our telematics division. The main duties of the post will include processing existing sales enquiries, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales enquiries by phone and email;
- Maintaining customer records;
- Responsible for the daily processing of all repeat orders;
- Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure goods are processed in a timely manner;
- Continual review of processes to increase efficiency & accuracy;
- Maintain knowledge of prices, market and delivery conditions;
- Become fluent in all hardware that Radius Telematics offer;
- Building a rapport with the customer base to ensure the highest level of service is provided

- Ability to work as part of a team, willing to help improve the operational performance in your area;
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
