Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Person to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited in Wrexham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
- Competitive Salary and Performance-Based Bonus Scheme
- Contracted to 42.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 and 17:00
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading distributor of electrical products and solution providers with 250+ branches nationally. You will be part of a dynamic team that values talent development and internal progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
