About the Role

Connect2Luton is seeking a highly skilled Housing Solutions Strategy Lead to join our team on behalf of Luton Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Housing Solutions /TA DRP programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify areas where resources are currently focused and current arrangements for service delivery.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify where operational change is necessary and where deficiencies can be made, and design and implement new operating models, processes, and frameworks for practice/service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with staff in the establishment and with officers in related support services whose expertise is needed to achieve programme delivery.
  • Progress Reporting: Report back to the Transformation Lead on progress, barriers, or risks to achieving targeted spend reductions.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop solutions focused on the aims of the programme delivery.
  • Project Management: Keep projects plans up to date and meet timed deadlines.
  • Data Management: Effectively record data on actions, decisions, and risks.
