About the Role:

The Company is seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join their team in the UK. As a leading manufacturer of commercial lighting products, they offer a unique opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a full range of lighting products to Social Housing, Local Authority, Councils, the NHS, and M&E Contractors.
  • Manage a large territory with a high level of autonomy, allowing for effective time management and sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits, read drawings and lighting designs, and provide technical support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Technical sales experience within Social Housing and M&E Contractors, or a Lighting Designer looking to transition into sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Living within London and the surrounding areas, with a strong understanding of the local market.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35k-£65k, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission, providing opportunities for significant earnings growth.
  • A car allowance or company car, phone, laptop, iPad, and pension scheme.
