Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business customers within the private and public sectors, selling parcel solutions to UK domestic and international e-commerce clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-level new business sales within e-commerce parcel services and will be responsible for achieving a territory new business target of circa £900,000 to £1 million in revenue.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and have a strong character with the will to drive the business forward. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager to achieve divisional KPIs and will be based at home with occasional visits to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Winning new business customers within the private and public sectors
  • Selling parcel solutions to UK domestic and international e-commerce clients
  • Meeting and exceeding territory new business targets
  • Working closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve divisional KPIs
