About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Bruin as an Associate Director of Corporate Governance and Compliance. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of corporate governance strategies and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate governance strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation and holding of board and committee meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with directors, executive officers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
