About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Senior Associate to join our team at Bruin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and process-driven individual to support the subsidiaries and prepare agendas, compile documents, and run board of directors meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively plan, hold, and record board and committee meetings.
  • Ensure supporting business units provide papers on time and in an appropriate format for presentation at a meeting.
  • Prepare and hold annual general meetings, in person or by written consent as required in various jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate and organize the flow of information to directors, executive officers, and other departments to coordinate board-related communications.
  • Serve as the official record keeper of corporate records, including board minutes, circular resolutions, bylaws, and charters.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to draft well-written reports, board minutes, and resolutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working model.
