Job Title: Senior Corporate Governance Officer
Location: Central London, Hybrid Working

Overview:
Graff Search is pleased to offer a challenging role as a Senior Corporate Governance Officer with a mid-tier retail and consumer bank in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with the Head of Legal in supporting their Legal/Co Sec Function.

About the Role:
This varied business-facing role requires strong analytical skills and ability to carry out research. You will be responsible for drafting corporate documentation, updating the Corporate Governance Policy, and maintaining statutory books for the bank and its subsidiaries. Your duties will also include organizing shareholder, board, and committee meetings, attending these meetings, and drafting minutes/follow-up reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters
* Research legal or regulatory developments and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
* Update Corporate Governance Policy and terms of reference
* Maintain statutory books for the bank and its subsidiaries
* Organize shareholder, board, and committee meetings
* Attend meetings and draft minutes/follow-up reports
* Draft and advise on corporate documentation
* Liaise with stakeholders across the firm, subsidiaries, and parent companies

Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Diligent and proactive with a self-motivated approach
* Understanding of FCA and/or PRA rules and regulations

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
