**About the Role:**

The Corporate Governance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all policies within our organization are effective, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This includes developing, implementing, and reviewing policies to maintain organizational integrity and reduce risk.

**Key Accountabilities:

  • Policymaking: Develop and implement policies that reflect our organization's values and goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to policy gaps and work with other departments to mitigate them.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all policies comply with current legal requirements and guidelines.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in policymaking or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
