SSQ, an international media and entertainment company, is seeking a seasoned Deputy Company Secretary to join their legal & governance team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance on corporate governance, listing rules, and regulation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with the Board to develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2006, Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), and Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a qualified Chartered Secretary or Lawyer with a strong background in corporate governance and compliance, please apply.
