Remedy Tutors is a company that provides flexible and rewarding work opportunities for experienced SEN tutors and teachers. We are currently seeking an SEN teacher who can provide face-to-face support to children with Special Education Needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD, at their homes or a local centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND students and hold a valid enhanced child workforce DBS. They will be responsible for planning lessons and resources around the student's needs, which could include core subjects or life skills, and delivering engaging sessions.

The successful candidate will also be able to manage children with challenging behaviour and potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student. As a self-employed tutor, they will work independently but have access to our dedicated team at Remedy who will refer suitable work to them.

This SEN tutor role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Education Needs. The estimated salary for this role is £25-35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
