This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and passionate Special Needs Assistant Teacher to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to pupils with SEN, including those with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering targeted interventions to improve pupil progress
- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective student outcomes
- Providing emotional support to pupils with complex needs
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN pupils
- Qualification in teaching or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
