Job Description

Coba Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working in Designated Special Provision Units within mainstream primary schools, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in the classroom as directed by an SEN teacher
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote student learning and engagement
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective provision for students with SEN

Requirements:

  • Level 2 and 3 qualifications in SEN or a related field
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
