People Services Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our People team, you will provide administrative support to our colleagues, managers, and employees across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support for employee inquiries via our knowledge management system
- Triage and escalate complex inquiries to experienced representatives
- Produce and dispatch employee correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll, Oracle, and Employee Self-Service system changes
- Support with sickness and long-term disability cases
- Produce supporting documentation for employee lifecycle events
- Collaborate on corporate and HR projects
- Ensure accurate entry of benefit-related information
- Onboard and offboard employees, including benefits
- Liaise with benefit providers to resolve queries
- Track employee benefit eligibility and report to Payroll and Finance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience working to tight deadlines with a strong results focus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Experience in a customer service environment with strong client orientation skills
