Boutique Management Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Supervisor to lead our sales team in London.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Accountabilities
  • Managing a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to support store operations and implement change initiatives
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a luxury Supervisor or Senior Sales role in a boutique setting (£35K - £40K salary)
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • MS Office – Intermediate or above, and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
