About the Role:

  • Boutique Management: Leading our boutique, overseeing all aspects of operations, and driving sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Managing a team of professionals, inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, or spirits, with a proven track record of managing a boutique or similar environment.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to connect with HNWIs, understand their needs, and provide a seamless, personalized experience.
  • Leadership: Inspirational leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Passion: Deep appreciation for luxury spirits and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Languages: Fluency in different languages is a plus, reflecting our global customer-base.
