We are looking for a High-End Sales Consultant to join our team in our London, Harrods boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the Messika brand, and achieving individual monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to expand their personal collection and present the Messika brand effectively.
- Provide excellent knowledge of jewelry products and styling to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and sales performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven retail sales experience in fine jewelry or luxury environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
