The Opportunity
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Boutique Sales Leader to drive sales and boutique performance, meeting ambitious targets.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and clienteling skills to enhance the boutique's performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Luxury Boutique Sales Leader, you will lead CRM and clienteling initiatives, fostering long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will also assist in recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Luxury retail management experience, with a focus on clienteling, is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance is crucial to success.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
