We are seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hakkasan Hanway Place, a modern, fine-dining Chinese restaurant in London. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our luxury venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, food presentation, and cleanliness
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns
