**Job Title:** Mental Health Nurse Night Shift Position

**Location:** Hayes Grove, Kent

**Estimated Salary:** £33,176 to £35,596.08 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome payment.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove. As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with addictions and psychiatric conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care, ensuring high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
  • Co-ordinate care, lead comprehensive patient assessments, and develop person-centered care plans.
  • Supervise junior staff and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant clinical experience and knowledge of best practices in mental health nursing.
  • Demonstrable commitment to quality improvement and innovation in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
