Job Description:
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Bromley, Kent area. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be working closely with patients and colleagues to deliver high-quality, safe nursing care.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of comprehensive patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care, addressing both mental and physical healthcare needs. Your positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality will make you an excellent fit for this role.
- Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence that comply with the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) Code.
- Lead the delivery of a comprehensive patient/service user nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care in a collaborative way, addressing both their mental and physical healthcare needs.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to ensure good practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. You will also require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
