Mental Health Specialist Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist Practitioner to join our thriving CAMHS team in Bromley. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in partnership with Bromley Y to deliver high-quality mental health services to children and young people aged 0-18.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our CAMHS Single Point of Access (iSPA) service. This involves triaging referrals, conducting assessments, and providing evidence-based interventions to children and young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.
You will work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive support to families and individuals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have experience in managing and supervising staff, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures within the team and service-wide.
