About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to investigate, evidence, and resolve complaints accurately within the rules and guidelines of the FCA and the FOS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complaint Review and Recording: Reviewing and recording new complaints to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigating and resolving complaints through diligent research and effective communication with customers.
  • Documentation and Communication: Drafting and sending final response letters to customers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Breach Reporting and Root Cause Analysis: Identifying and reporting breaches, conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
