Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the optical market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a ability to motivate and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)

£10,000+ uncapped commission (estimated year 1 performance)

£500 per month car allowance

25 days holiday + statutory leave

Pension scheme and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
