Company Secretary & Governance Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a key member of our Governance & Company Secretarial team, you will provide a comprehensive service to clients, drafting documents and supporting the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting documents relating to company incorporation and limited liability partnerships
  • Providing Board support and minute taking
  • Direct contact with clients from day one

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
  • Strong governance and compliance knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
