Job Description:

FNZ Group is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to provide corporate governance support to the Group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full Board support, including calendar management, meeting planning, and minute-taking.
  • Support Board and Committee meetings, as required.
  • Work with the Chair, Executive and Non-Executive Directors to ensure effective governance.
  • Manage statutory filings and maintain the Group structure chart.
  • Maintain the Conflicts of Interest Register and Corporate Governance Manual.
  • Coordinate Director Induction Programmes and deliver corporate governance training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Company Secretary or equivalent in a regulated environment.
  • Financial Services experience is essential, with exposure to private equity an advantage.
  • Experience of supporting Boards and Committees, with proficiency in Diligent Boards and Entities.
  • ACIS/FCIS qualification is required.
